Bringing value to life is the basic philosophy of the NYK Group and NYK Australia as a fully owned subsidiary of the NYK Group.
While remaining dedicated to ESG standards, NYK employs a large fleet and advanced transport technologies to offer car transport, industrial shipping and break bulk cargo services around Australia and globally.
Operating a fleet of about 110 PCTC (pure car & truck carrier) vessels. NYK Australia provides shipping services to/from Australia, with the majority of these core cargoes being the import of finished vehicles and trucks from mainly Japan and Thailand.
Vessel fleet
We provide you with a global service through a fleet of more than 104 modern and versatile Roll-on Roll-off (RORO) vessels. Our vessels are cavernous, with multiple adjustable decks giving NYK the capability of carrying all types of rolling and static cargoes.
